Free Delivery on orders over £100
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible; we can deliver most items within 2-5 working days. There may be some items where it takes a little longer.
Our delivery charges vary depending on the type of items that you have ordered and in some cases your postcode. The delivery charge is for your total order, if your order is made up of a mixture of small/medium sized products you will incur a ‘standard delivery’ charge but if you include a large item your delivery charge will be at the higher price.
The majority of our products can be delivered to all of the UK, but for Highlands/Islands/N Ireland and some remote areas this may take a little longer and cost a little more. Our delivery charges start at £4.99 for small items, medium items cost £7.95 and larger items cost £10.95
Some items are delivered directly from the manufacturers and these items may take a little longer to arrive.

Returns & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Drysdale Motorcycles. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. When your goods are delivered please check that the order is complete and not damaged. In the event that your order is visibly damaged, do not accept the order and enter on the delivery note “Damaged” along with a brief description of how or where the item is damaged. Unwanted goods carry a 14 day returns policy from the date of order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and in a NEW resalable condition including instructions, leaflets, components and labels. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To proceed with a refund please contact us on 01738 451050 or email websales@drysdalemotorcycles.com within 14 days we will provide you with a returns authorisation number.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 2 -3 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please Contact Us. You must obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for non-delivery of goods to our address. We suggest you use a postal tracking system.
Faulty or damaged goods
